• Safely operate yard cranes to handle containerized cargo.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any issues to the Operations Manager.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse staff to ensure timely loading and unloading.
• Perform safety checks and maintain logs for equipment operation.
• Train and supervise junior operators when necessary.
• React quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Crane Operation Proficient in operating various types of cranes.
• Safety Protocols Knowledgeable about safety regulations and practices.
• Equipment Maintenance Experience in performing routine inspections and maintenance on crane equipment.
• Communication Excellent verbal communication skills for team collaboration.
• Teamwork Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
• Problem-solving Adept at identifying potential operational issues and resolving them quickly.
• Valid Crane Operator Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Familiarity with Inventory Management Systems: Experience with inventory management tracking systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of Shipping Operations: Strong understanding of shipping and logistics processes.
