Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Clothing Pattern Designer to develop clothing patterns from initial sketches to final product specifications. This role demands creativity and precision, ensuring that patterns align with our design team's vision and are both aesthetically pleasing and production-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Design patterns for garments, ensuring alignment with designers' visions.
• Utilize pattern-making software such as Adobe Illustrator or Lectra.
• Conduct market research to stay on top of fashion trends.
• Collaborate closely with sample makers and production staff.
• Evaluate the technical aspects of patterns to ensure manufacturability.
• Manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
• Report design challenges and propose solutions efficiently.
• Document and track pattern revisions systematically.
• Participate in reviews and feedback sessions with design teams.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pattern-making and garment design.

Languages
