Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Molding Sander to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be in charge of sanding and finishing molded parts, ensuring high-quality finishes and smooth surfaces. You will work with various hand tools and sanding machines to ensure each product meets our exacting standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surface checks to confirm quality of finished products.
• Assist with light assembly of parts as needed.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and protocols.
• Attend team meetings and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior technical training is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the woodworking industry
