As an Outer Diameter Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our mechanical products. Your primary focus will be to measure and inspect outer diameters using precision measuring tools, maintaining stringent quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities

• Keep the fitting room area tidy and presentable.
• Assist customers with fitting and selection issues.
• Monitor customer interactions to ensure a safe environment.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
• Work closely with sales associates for seamless service.
• Document fitting room usage accurately.
• Report discrepancies or issues to the manager promptly.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in retail or customer service preferred
