Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic medical team. In this role, you will deliver therapeutic services aimed at restoring the physical and psychological well-being of employees. You will work closely with various stakeholders including HR and medical professionals to develop and implement customized therapy plans.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and document employee's functional abilities and limitations.
  • Work closely with medical professionals to ensure a cohesive treatment approach.
  • Facilitate therapy groups to address workplace issues.
  • Create and implement wellness programs to prevent workplace injuries.
  • Assess workspace ergonomics and make recommendations.
  • Engage with management to improve workplace policies related to health.
  • Provide ongoing training and support for employees.
  • Encourage employee participation in health-related programs.
  • Assist in developing company-wide wellness guidelines.
  • Stay updated on the latest therapy techniques and practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in an industrial setting

  • Kinesiology

Certifications
  • Occupational Therapy License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
