Responsibilities

• Run concrete placement systems daily according to job specifications.
• Conduct safety checks on all equipment before deployment.
• Implement setups for various concrete applications, ensuring efficiency.
• Collaborate with site managers for effective project execution.
• Document daily tasks and maintain equipment logs.
• Support team members to finish tasks on schedule.
• Train less experienced staff on proper equipment operation.
• Participate in safety meetings and training.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED

Experience

• Experience with large-scale projects preferred

Technical Skills

• Concrete mixing knowledge
• Basic mechanical skills

Certifications

• Forklift Operator Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
