Job Description

As a Dietetic Technician, you'll play a crucial role in delivering nutritional support to patients. You will be responsible for assisting registered dietitians in formulating nutrition plans, assessing patients' dietary needs, and providing education on healthy eating practices.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside registered dietitians in designing nutrition plans.
• Evaluate and monitor patients' dietary needs and preferences.
• Document nutritional assessments and interventions accurately.
• Coordinate with food service teams to ensure compliance with dietary guidelines.
• Deliver nutrition education sessions to patients and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and information.
• Contribute to the development of educational materials.
• Stay updated on the latest nutrition research and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Associate degree in dietetics or nutrition
• Bachelor's degree in dietetics preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical nutrition environment

Certifications

Languages
