Job Description

As a Health Services Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing our healthcare facility's operations. Based in San Jose, you will work closely with medical professionals to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, improve patient flow, and enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all healthcare operations comply with applicable regulations and policies.
  • Work with various departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance and present recommendations to senior management.
  • Mentor and coach staff to promote a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Engage with patients and families to gather insights and feedback for service enhancement.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders to support quality initiatives and community health programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is a plus
