• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams to enhance research outcomes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to intern researchers.
• Participate in outreach activities to communicate scientific findings to diverse audiences.
• Utilize advanced software for modeling and data analysis in paleontology.
• Contribute to grant proposals and seek funding for ongoing research projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Paleontology, Geology, Biology, or a related field
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Paleontology is preferred
• Fossil Analysis Proficient in analyzing fossils and their geological contexts.
• GIS Software Experience with Geographic Information Systems for spatial analysis.
• Statistical Analysis Software Knowledgeable in R or SPSS for statistical modeling.
• Digital Imaging Skilled in using digital imaging software like Adobe Photoshop.
• Attention to Detail High accuracy in research and analysis tasks.
• Team Collaboration Effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Communication Strong ability to communicate complex findings to public and scientific audiences.
• English (Fluent)
