Join our Tampa branch as a Clinical Research Associate. You will be responsible for site selection, monitoring trial phases, and reporting findings to enhance clinical research outcomes.
Responsibilities
Evaluate site performance and ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
Facilitate investigator meetings and inform on trial updates.
Lead site initiation visits and study close-out visits.
Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure proper submissions.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Clinical Research or related field
Master's degree in Healthcare or Sciences is a plus
Experience
3+ years in a clinical research setting, preferably in trials
