Clinical Research Associate

Job Description

Join our Tampa branch as a Clinical Research Associate. You will be responsible for site selection, monitoring trial phases, and reporting findings to enhance clinical research outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate site performance and ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practices (GCP).
• Facilitate investigator meetings and inform on trial updates.
• Lead site initiation visits and study close-out visits.
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs to ensure proper submissions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Research or related field
• Master's degree in Healthcare or Sciences is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years in a clinical research setting, preferably in trials

Certifications

• Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in patient recruitment strategies: Proven strategies for successfully recruiting participants for clinical studies.
