We are seeking skilled Shoe Machine Operators and Tenders to join our manufacturing team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various shoe manufacturing machines and a keen eye for quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate different types of footwear production machinery, including sewing and lasting machines.
• Ensure machines are properly adjusted and configured for various shoe models.
• Assist in material handling and inventory control.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss daily production targets.
• Support quality control procedures to maintain high production standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in footwear manufacturing is highly desirable

Languages
