Geothermal Production Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Geothermal Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality across all production processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure high safety standards.
• Coordinate with quality assurance for product compliance.
• Lead initiatives to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Assist in hiring and training production staff.
• Utilize ERP systems to track production progress and resource allocation.
• Design and implement continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing is preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Certifications

• Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a regulated industry.: Background in medical devices or aerospace is a plus.
