Responsibilities

• Design and draft architectural plans for residential and commercial projects.
• Collaborate with clients during the design process to gather requirements.
• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
• Oversee construction and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients showcasing design proposals.
• Utilize design software to create and modify architectural models.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and compliance.
• Ensure designs comply with local zoning laws and safety codes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in architectural design
