Responsibilities

• Ensure meticulous finishing of tailored fur garments according to specifications.
• Work closely with other seamstresses to ensure deadlines are met.
• Adapt to varied production schedules and demands while maintaining quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with machinery or materials to optimize production.
• Evaluate the integrity of fur materials before beginning the sewing process.
• Keep abreast of environmental and safety guidelines concerning fur handling.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training in fashion or textiles is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with luxury fabrics, especially fur

Technical Skills

• Fur and Fabric Knowledge
• Fashion Design Understanding

Languages

• English: Fluent
