Job Description

The Pricing Manager will be at the forefront of developing and implementing strategic pricing initiatives. This pivotal role requires liaising with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing models and ensure competitive positioning in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate pricing strategies that align with business objectives and market conditions.
  • Lead the analysis of competitive pricing and market dynamics to inform decisions.
  • Work with cross-departmental teams to implement pricing strategies effectively.
  • Create and deliver pricing reports and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Review and refine existing pricing models for optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular training for sales teams on pricing strategies.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of pricing software and analytics tools.
  • Identify key metrics to measure pricing effectiveness and profitability.
  • Assist in contract negotiations with vendors related to pricing agreements.
  • Collaborate with financial teams to assess the profitability of pricing strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Business or an MBA preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing management or related roles
