Job Description

We are seeking skilled Aircraft Structure Assemblers to join our team. You will be responsible for assembling aircraft components and systems, ensuring precision and quality throughout the production process. Ideal candidates have experience in aerospace manufacturing, with a strong understanding of structural assemblies and systems rigging.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside other assemblers to complete complex assemblies within tight deadlines.
• Identify material shortages and coordinate with inventory management.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project status and improvements.
• Implement best practices in assembly for efficiency and quality.
• Follow up on production deadlines and report progress to the Production Manager.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in Aerospace Technology is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft structure assembly and systems

Technical Skills

• Structural rigging
• Quality assurance protocols

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Certifications

• NDT Certification (Non-Destructive Testing)
• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in lean manufacturing processes: Understanding of lean methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance: Knowledge of FAA regulations and standards for aircraft assembly.
