Painting, Coating, and Decorating Workers

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Painting, Coating, and Decorating Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of the painting process, including surface preparation, application techniques, and finish work. Knowledge of coatings and decorative finishes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the site supervisor to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Participate in safety training and uphold safety practices at all times.
• Perform inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards.
• Engage in continuous improvement practices to enhance workmanship.
• Assist in estimating project requirements and timelines.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide creative input for design improvements.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles when required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in Painting Technology or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in commercial or residential painting

Technical Skills

• Color Matching
• Exterior Painting Techniques

Certifications

• EPA Lead Renovation Certification
• First Aid/CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
