Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engineering systems alongside engineers.
• Conduct rigorous testing of prototypes to validate designs.

• Prepare technical documentation for internal and external use.
• Engage in troubleshooting and problem-solving during testing phases.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support the engineering team in meeting project deadlines.
• Ensure that all engineering activities comply with relevant codes and legislation.
• Assist in the provision of customer and field support.
• Work on improving product systems through data analysis and feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related fields

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with ISO and ASTM standards
• Experience with project management software

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking

Certifications

• Certification in Engineering Technology (CET)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a manufacturing environment: Hands-on experience working directly with engineering products.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies: Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
