As a Prosecutor, you will represent the government in criminal cases. This role includes handling investigations, drafting legal documents, and presenting evidence in court. Your expertise is crucial to ensuring justice is served.

Responsibilities

• Investigate criminal activities and collect evidence for prosecution.
• Prepare legal documents and file necessary court motions.

• Engage in negotiations for plea agreements.
• Supervise legal interns and support staff.
• Participate in community outreach regarding legal processes.
• Conduct legal research to ensure informed decision-making.
• Prepare case summaries for senior attorneys.
• Review case files for adherence to legal standards.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and agencies.

Requirements

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution
• Specialization in Criminal Law is preferred

Experience

• Three to five years of experience in criminal law or litigation
