Job Description

As a Landscape Gardener, you'll have the opportunity to turn visions into reality by designing and caring for beautiful landscapes. We are looking for creative individuals with hands-on experience in landscaping and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design outdoor spaces to enhance the beauty and functionality of gardens and parks.
• Implement project plans while upholding quality standards.
• Monitor plant health and diagnose any issues regarding pests or disease.
• Lead landscape maintenance operations, ensuring sustainability and efficiency.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback.
• Manage multiple landscaping projects to ensure timely completion.
• Advocate for environmental sustainability throughout all landscaping efforts.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate soil, light, and water conditions.
• Maintain records of work performed, including details of plants installed and services rendered.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or associate degree in landscaping preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of landscape experience

Technical Skills

• Plant Identification
• Irrigation Management

Certifications

• Sustainable Landscape Management Certification
• Certified Landscape Technician

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with landscape lighting: Knowledge and experience with outdoor lighting installations.
• Familiarity with water features: Experience working with ponds, fountains, and other water elements.
