Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Chemical Technician to join our team as a Polymer Tester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing tests and analyses on polymer materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with research and development teams to optimize product performance and quality, while maintaining accurate documentation of your findings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze polymer materials using advanced testing methodologies to evaluate their properties.
• Prepare detailed documentation for each testing procedure and outcome.
• Ensure that all testing complies with company standards and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments to improve product formulation and testing processes.
• Conduct training sessions for new staff on laboratory techniques and safety standards.
• Implement innovative testing techniques to enhance laboratory capabilities.
• Monitor and report on testing trends to improve overall quality control.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory practices.
• Assist with data entry of test results into the company database.
• Participate in external training and workshops to enhance professional skills.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Polymer Science or a related field is a plus

Experience

• Experience with specialized polymer testing techniques is advantageous.
