Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Lactation Educator who is passionate about supporting families in their breastfeeding journey. This role involves providing education, resources, and personalized care to pregnant and lactating women.
Responsibilities
Assist mothers in overcoming breastfeeding challenges.
Conduct one-on-one consultations and group sessions to educate families.
Develop educational materials and resources for community use.
Evaluate the effectiveness of breastfeeding support programs.
Provide training and support to healthcare staff regarding lactation education.
Organize and lead workshops and seminars on lactation topics.
Advocate for breastfeeding-friendly policies in community and workplace settings.
Requirements
Education
Certification as a lactation educator (CLE) through an accredited program
Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in lactation counseling
