Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Lactation Educator who is passionate about supporting families in their breastfeeding journey. This role involves providing education, resources, and personalized care to pregnant and lactating women.

Responsibilities

  • Assist mothers in overcoming breastfeeding challenges.
  • Conduct one-on-one consultations and group sessions to educate families.
  • Develop educational materials and resources for community use.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of breastfeeding support programs.
  • Provide training and support to healthcare staff regarding lactation education.
  • Organize and lead workshops and seminars on lactation topics.
  • Advocate for breastfeeding-friendly policies in community and workplace settings.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification as a lactation educator (CLE) through an accredited program
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in lactation counseling
