Job Description

We are seeking a Lean Six Sigma Specialist responsible for implementing and managing Lean Six Sigma methodologies aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing waste across various projects. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in process improvement and will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive transformative initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify bottlenecks in processes and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to analyze operational issues and propose improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure Lean initiatives align with company goals.
• Track project performance metrics and report findings.
• Mentor junior staff in Lean Six Sigma techniques and project management skills.
• Participate in continuous improvement workshops and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Master’s degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of practical experience in process improvement initiatives

Technical Skills

• Kaizen Methodologies
• SPC Techniques

Certifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
