As a Bank Note Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating and designing banknotes for financial institutions. You will work collaboratively with a team of designers and stakeholders to ensure each banknote is not only secure but also visually captivating. Your design expertise will help maintain the integrity of currency, making it both functional and artistic. You will be responsible for integrating advanced security features into the designs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Responsibilities

• Lead design meetings with cross-functional teams to brainstorm new ideas.
• Utilize CAD software and other design tools for creating detailed specifications.
• Evaluate and select materials for banknote production that enhance durability and security.
• Work with legal teams to ensure all designs meet compliance needs.
• Mentor and support junior designers in the development of their skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field, with a focus on banknote design preferred.

Technical Skills

• Security feature incorporation
• Knowledge of printing techniques

Languages
