Job Description

We are in search of dedicated Print Binding and Finishing Workers, or Bindery Specialists, to join our growing team. This role entails operating machinery and equipment for assembling, trimming, folding, and binding printed materials. With a focus on quality and efficiency, the ideal candidates will possess a keen eye for detail and hands-on experience in print production.

Responsibilities

• Operate bindery machinery, including cutting, folding, and collating systems.
• Adjust machine settings based on specific job requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain high standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of jobs completed and materials consumed.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production deadlines.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions regularly.
• Help with the planning and scheduling of production tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist during peak production times with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in digital printing and finishing preferred.
