Job Description

As a Computer Numerically Controlled Tool Operator, you will be an essential part of our production line, responsible for setting up and running CNC milling machines. You will translate technical specifications into finished products, ensuring every part meets our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Execute setup and operation of CNC milling and lathing machines.
  • Interpret and implement engineering specifications accurately.
  • Adjust machinery settings for various product runs.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and tools.
  • Document production activities and report on efficiencies.
  • Work alongside engineers to improve operational procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior operators to enhance team skills.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical degree in machining or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in CNC milling machine operation
