Job Description

As a Well-Point Pumping Supervisor, you'll be the backbone of our construction operations, leading a team to manage and maintain dewatering systems. Your expertise will ensure that excavation sites remain safe and dry, facilitating smooth project progress.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations of well-point systems on construction sites.
  • Supervise and manage technician teams to ensure optimal workflow.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Monitor equipment performance and conduct inspections for efficiency.
  • Develop safety practices and training for new employees.
  • Prepare reports on system status and resource usage.
  • Collaborate with engineers on project-specific requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Advise on equipment procurement and upgrades.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Technical training in construction or engineering fields preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the construction industry.
