Job Description

We are seeking committed Shoe Machine Operators and Tenders to oversee the operation of machinery essential for producing high-quality footwear. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining machine performance, ensuring the quality standards are met, and assisting in the training of new operators.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate shoe-making machines to achieve production goals.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure product quality meets standards.
• Troubleshoot machinery problems and perform repairs as necessary.
• Coordinate with inventory personnel to ensure materials are available.
• Participate in team training sessions and contribute suggestions for improvement.
• Document any machine malfunctions and maintenance activities.
• Support production shifts and be available for overtime as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in shoe manufacturing preferred

Technical Skills

• Industrial Sewing
• Machine Maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in shoe manufacturing: Hands-on experience in shoe production processes.
