Job Description

As a Chimney Construction Supervisor at Chimney Pros LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing chimney projects from start to finish. This includes managing a team of skilled workers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining high standards of quality in the construction process. Your leadership will be essential to our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with construction teams to review project goals and tasks.
  • Conduct regular safety training sessions to keep the team informed of current safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements and address any concerns.
  • Assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Track project progress and adjust resources and schedules as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Review project plans and proposals to provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage subcontractors and coordinate their tasks with the overall project timeline.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Additional construction certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in construction
