Responsibilities

• Create high-quality sewing patterns that meet design specifications and production standards.
• Analyze fabric yields and develop patterns that maximize the use of materials.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure patterns translate effectively to manufacturing.
• Maintain an organized digital archive of pattern files for easy access and modification.
• Participate in regular design reviews to align on garment aesthetics and functionality.
• Provide technical support to the production team for pattern-related queries.
• Join industry workshops and seminars to enhance skills and stay current with trends.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical certifications are advantageous.

Experience

• Experience in pattern grading and marker making principles is preferred.
