Job Description

We are seeking experienced Tailors, Dressmakers, and Custom Sewers to join our creative team. This role involves crafting high-quality garments, altering existing pieces, and bringing unique designs to life. Ideal candidates will have a passion for fashion and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Create patterns and prototypes based on client specifications.
• Cut and sew fabric pieces to create finished garments.
• Participate in fabric and trim selection processes.
• Collaborate with the design team to innovate new styles.
• Keep current with industry trends and techniques.
• Ensure workstations are well stocked and organized.
• Train and mentor junior staff in sewing techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fashion design degree or certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fashion tailoring or custom sewing

Languages

• English: Fluent
