Job Description

As a Production Superintendent, you will oversee daily operations in our manufacturing facilities. Your role includes managing teams, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and driving production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production schedules and align them with material availability.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on safety procedures and equipment operation.
• Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with business objectives.
• Review and approve production reports that summarize performance and efficiency.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Assist in the recruitment and development of production staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant discipline

Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in production management

Languages

• English: Fluent
