Linking Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Linking Machine Operator to join our production team. The individual will be responsible for operating and maintaining linking machines, focused on ensuring efficiency and high-quality garment production. Successful candidates will have a mechanical aptitude and experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate linking machines prior to starting production runs.
• Inspect products regularly to ensure compliance with quality expectations.
• Work with the quality assurance team to improve garment production processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in manufacturing or machinery preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in garment manufacturing or a related field.
