Job Description

The Hydraulic-Jack Adjuster will be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing hydraulic jacks used in various industries. This position demands not only technical skills but also a keen understanding of hydraulic systems and safety protocols. You will ensure that our hydraulic equipment performs optimally and assists in training fellow employees on best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of hydraulic equipment to ensure reliability.
  • Address mechanical and hydraulic issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance jack functionality.
  • Utilize hydraulic test equipment for performance evaluations.
  • Adhere to all safety and operational procedures without compromise.
  • Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and protocols.
  • Document all maintenance work in compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing insights on hydraulic systems.
  • Support other maintenance staff in achieving departmental goals.
  • Provide feedback for training and improvement of hydraulic processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
  • Relevant technical certifications
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in hydraulic-jack adjustment or related work
