Job Description

As a Receptionist and Information Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, manage incoming communications, and maintain a welcoming environment. Strong organizational skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and ensure a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and resolve inquiries.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming.
  • Distribute mail and packages as they arrive.
  • Coordinate office bookings and meetings.
  • Perform clerical duties including data entry and document management.
  • Respond to inquiries in person, via phone, or through email.
  • Assist with coordinating company events and meetings.
  • Monitor security procedures and maintain visitor logs.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support organizational needs.
