Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Extruding Press Adjuster to be part of our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of extruding press operations and be skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Adjust settings on extruding press machines to maintain quality control.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery to prevent operational issues.
• Train new operators on machine setup and safety procedures.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure product compliance.
• Analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in developing and implementing new processes to enhance production efficiency.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to developing safer work practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or vocational training in relevant field preferred

Experience

• Prior experience operating and adjusting extruding press machines in a manufacturing environment is required.
