Job Description

As an Office Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality graphic materials. Your primary responsibilities will include operating printing machines, managing workflow, and ensuring that all jobs are completed on time and to the highest standards. You will work closely with our design team to bring creative visions to life.

Responsibilities

• Monitor printing machines for malfunctions and perform minor repairs.
• Sort and distribute printed materials as required.
• Communicate effectively with the production team to coordinate tasks.
• Participate in production meetings to discuss job progress.
• Analyze production performance and suggest improvements.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following established protocols.
• Support inventory tracking of materials used in the print process.
• Utilize color management systems to ensure print accuracy.
• Engage in continuous learning about advancements in printing technology.
• Contribute ideas for process optimization and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a printing or graphic design setting

Technical Skills

• Operation of Printing Machinery
• Graphic Design Software

Certifications

• Certificate in Digital Printing Technology
• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
