Job Description

As a Private Branch Exchange Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding technical support to our clients. You will troubleshoot PBX systems, provide solutions, and ensure that our customers experience seamless communication. Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality technical support for PBX systems.
  • Identify root causes of technical issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Keep track of support tickets and manage follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
  • Educate customers on product features and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with PBX technologies.
  • Monitor system performance and provide feedback for service enhancements.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate degree in a related field is accepted
Experience
  • 3 years in technical support or telecommunications environment preferred
