Job Description

As a Government Property Inspector and Investigator, you will be responsible for evaluating property conditions, verifying compliance with standards, and conducting investigations. Your insights will be crucial for ensuring effective use of government resources and promoting transparency.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the condition of government-owned properties and asset management.
  • Implement quality control procedures to uphold compliance.
  • Conduct audits to assess adherence to regulations and standards.

  • Prepare and present findings to management for action and improvement.
  • Maintain records of inspections and investigations for transparency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, an advanced degree is a plus
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in property inspection or quality assurance
