Job Description

As a Certified Crop Specialist, you'll provide expert guidance to farmers, analyzing soil conditions and recommending fertilizers and pest management strategies. Your insights will help optimize crop production while promoting sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops and training sessions for farmers on best practices in crop management.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of current agricultural practices and suggest improvements.
  • Analyze climatic data to inform crop planning decisions.
  • Collaborate with vendors for the procurement of seeds and fertilizers.
  • Prepare and present reports on crop performance to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in precision agriculture.
