Responsibilities
Lead workshops and training sessions for farmers on best practices in crop management.
Evaluate the efficiency of current agricultural practices and suggest improvements.
Analyze climatic data to inform crop planning decisions.
Collaborate with vendors for the procurement of seeds and fertilizers.
Prepare and present reports on crop performance to management.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, or related field
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in precision agriculture.
