We are seeking a detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join our NYC team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in financial modeling, analyzing market trends, and preparing presentation materials for clients. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior team members on financial analysis and modeling.
• Prepare detailed presentations and reports for client engagements.
• Participate in due diligence processes and assist in financial assessments.
• Analyze M&A and capital market transactions to identify trends.
• Support development of client solutions from proposal through execution.
• Assist in client meetings and actively participate in discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• MBA or relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant finance role
