Job Description

As a Scourer, you will be essential in maintaining cleanliness in our client's facilities. Your primary responsibilities will involve cleaning surfaces, ensuring they are free from dirt and grime, and upholding the highest standards of sanitation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of building management and maintenance.
• Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction through responsive service.
• Conduct staff training on safety protocols and maintenance practices.
• Track maintenance requests and follow up on resolution times.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives and maintain sustainability standards.
• Document and report any incidents or unsafe conditions to management.
• Act as the key contact for building inspections and code compliance checks.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
