Responsibilities

• Design innovative and functional spaces for a wide variety of projects.
• Prepare visual presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Effectively manage project workflow and documentation.
• Conduct post-occupancy evaluations to gather feedback.
• Facilitate communication between clients and various design teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architecture or design

Technical Skills

• 3D modeling software
• Building Codes

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• NCARB Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in GIS Software: Experience with Geographic Information Systems for site analysis.
• Experience with Construction Administration: Involvement in overseeing construction processes and communication with contractors.
