Job Description

As a Hammer Driver on our construction team, you will operate and maintain various heavy-duty hammers to assist in driving and extracting piles, poles, and other materials. We seek a proactive individual committed to safety and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy-duty hammers during construction tasks.
• Review blueprints and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
• Document all maintenance and operational logs accurately.
• Assist in the training of junior team members.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in construction or heavy machinery operation is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Heavy-duty machinery operation
• Safety regulations knowledge

Certifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
