As an Investment Banker in our Chicago office, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on complex financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include financial modeling, valuation analysis, and crafting strategic recommendations that drive value in the investment banking sector.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed analyses of financial performance and industry trends.
• Oversee junior analysts in preparing financial materials and data.
• Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance during transactions.
• Support M&A, equity, and debt financing transactions for clients.
• Provide strategic insights and market analysis to help clients navigate finance.
• Create detailed financial presentations for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree in Finance preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance
