Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bobbin Fixer to ensure the smooth operation of bobbins used in our textile machinery. The ideal candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills, as they will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining bobbins to uphold production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general inspections on textile machinery for optimal performance.
• Ensure timely replacement of defective bobbins to prevent production delays.
• Document repair processes and create reports on bobbin usage.
• Train new team members on bobbin maintenance processes.
• Assist in the troubleshooting of minor machine malfunctions.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous textile manufacturing experience is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years in a similar role.
