Job Description

We're looking for enthusiastic Stockers and Order Fillers to join our team! You'll stock shelves, monitor product quality, and assist customers with their dairy needs, all while upholding our standards for cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
• Engage customers by providing information on dairy products.
• Implement best practices for food safety and sanitation.
• Coordinate with deliveries to ensure timely product replenishment.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous supermarket or grocery experience is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Forklift and pallet jack operation
• Basic math skills

Soft Skills

• Customer service
• Time management

Certifications

• OSHA Forklift Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with stock management tools: Prior knowledge of using tools like inventory apps for efficient handling.
• Previous leadership experience in a retail setting: Experience in guiding and training new staff will be a plus.
