Job Description

Join our team as a Fraud Examiner, Investigator, or Analyst, where you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into potential fraud and waste in our healthcare services. Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather evidence and perform analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate allegations of fraud, waste, and abuse within the organization.
  • Analyze financial records and data to identify discrepancies.
  • Create and manage cases from inception to resolution.
  • Draft and issue investigative reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with IT and data analytics teams to utilize technology in investigations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigative strategies.
  • Engage in training sessions and information sharing within the organization.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of investigations and outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Certification in fraud examination (e.g. Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Fraud Specialist) is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in fraud investigation or a related field.
