Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Paper Goods Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our manufacturing line. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of corrugated box production machinery, adhering to quality standards while meeting production targets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machinery is set up and running at optimal levels.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
• Resolve production issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain clean and well-organized workstations.
• Keep detailed records of machinery performance.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train team members in machine operation and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in manufacturing or equivalent

Experience

• 5 years of experience in operating corrugated box production machinery.

Technical Skills

• Die cutting knowledge
• Gluing techniques

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment: Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
• Prior supervisory experience: Experience leading a small team of operators.
