As a Fast Food and Counter Worker, you'll be the welcoming face to our customers, ensuring they have a great experience from the moment they step through the door. You will assist with their orders and ensure their dining space is clean and inviting. Strong customer service skills are essential as you will interact with our guests daily.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to order completion.

• Ensure the front counter area is stocked and organized.

• Manage customer feedback effectively and escalate when necessary.

• Assist in training new team members on processes.

• Contribute to team efforts by assisting with special projects.
• Assist with administrative tasks like scheduling and reporting.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1+ years in customer service or food service roles is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Cash handling experience
• Food safety certification

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
